My Wellbeing Universe is a visual workbook divided into ten units. Each unit begins with a non-linear journal page and then explores a different topic, working through mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual connections to wellbeing. Each unit closes with a guided meditation that you can read or listen to through the QR code. This workbook was developed in collaboration with Liverpool John Moores University in the UK and has also been part of a research project.
